Ugh I have been so bad about keeping up with this lately. I think it’s mostly because my sleeping is so fucked up that I don’t even bother updating what dance classes I took that day and what I ate for dinner. I can never fall asleep before 2 am (now 3 am because France had daylight savings the other day), and I can never make myself wake up early! Everyday my alarm is set for 9 am, not an outrageously early time to be getting up for class. I hit snooze about 60 times before I just turn it off and roll over. Either I’m the laziest sack of shit this country has ever seen or I need hellllllp. I don’t know what to do! I can’t very well go off and get a sleeping pill prescription now can I? I drink chamomile tea sometimes but that just makes me have to pee a lot. My goal tonight is to come home from dance, take a hot shower, eat a small dinner and TURN OFF MY COMPUTER AT EXACTLY 11 PM. I should also hide my alarm clock somewhere in my room so I have to get up to turn it off. Then I can just be up and start getting ready. Ughhhh this is becoming terrible. RAHHHHRAR I should talk to my director about French sleep aids, maybe she knows something. I’m glad it’s Thursday because that means I only have one more day of this bullshit till the week end and I can do whatever I damn well please (as far as sleeping all day goes) on Saturday and Sunday.
